New Guernsey Trust Law

Ozannes instrumental in the development of new Guernsey Trust Law.
Ozannes Advocate, Rupert Evans led a working party to review Guernsey Trust legislation. The proposals suggested were passed in July 2007 and the new Guernsey Trust law came in to force on Monday 17th March 2008.
