Matthew joined Ozannes in 2009 as a partner of the Jersey Litigation team. Matthew is a graduate of Oxford University and was a barrister for 10 years at 7 Bedford Row Chambers in London where he practiced a mix of civil and criminal litigation cases. He then moved to Jersey in 2004 to work for the Law Officers Department in Jersey and qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2006. Whilst working at the Law Officers Department Matthew has prosecuted its largest and most complex cases, including Jersey's largest money laundering prosecution which is scheduled to go to trial in 2009.
