Insurance Risk Group

2007 saw the launch of a dedicated Insurance Risk group under the leadership of Gordon Dawes. The team draws upon the expertise of a number of senior litigators and specialists in this area of litigation. The Ozannes Insurance Risk Group acts for numerous general and medical insurance companies and advises on all aspects of insurance related matters including medical negligence, personal injury, professional negligence, property damage and the offshore aspects of major medical insurance contracts.
