CV: Rupert practiced at the Chancery Bar for 14 years before moving to Guernsey in 1976 where he has established his reputation as a leading funds and trust lawyer. Rupert retired as a partner of Ozannes in 2004 and now acts as a consultant to the firm. In 2005 he was appointed by the Department of Commerce and Employment of the States of Guernsey as Chairman of the Trust Law Working Party to review the existing legislation in Guernsey relating to trusts.

CV: John qualified as an English Solicitor in 1981. He was a partner of Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands before joining Ozannes in 1999 as a Consultant. John specialises in securitisations and has comprehensive experience and expertise in this field, as well as in corporate finance and offshore funds.

Andrew Bridgeford

CV: Andrew was called to the English Bar in 1986 and qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 1988. He has over twenty years' experience in Jersey corporate, banking and commercial law and was previously a partner in another Jersey firm. He is the author and publisher of the Weekly Digest of Jersey Law, which has established itself an important resource for Jersey lawyers, and was the general editor and a contributing author of Offshore Legal Opinions in Loan and Security Transactions (Sweet & Maxwell, 1996). He is also a member of editorial board of the Jersey and Guernsey Law Review.
